David created his second company, Geode Software, at age 22, a technology consulting firm built around the simple precept that technology should either make—or save—you money. In 2005, David leveraged consulting experience in the online ticketing industry into his next company, EasySeat, an online reseller of entertainment tickets. In 2010, EasySeat was ranked #176 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing private companies in America, and the fastest growing company in Connecticut. In 2015, David sold EasySeat to an in-industry buyer. Since 2010, David has been an active angel investor and early stage advisor investing and advising in a broad range of technology startups.
