TJ Paterick is the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and General Manager at Xome, a Dallas based technology company with a vision to digitally connect major touch-points in real estate, analogues to Uber for buying and selling homes. With an MBA from Babson College’s acclaimed Entrepreneurship program, TJ leveraged his retail background and knack for Entrepreneurship to help two Silicon Valley and one Silicon Alley company grow their respective businesses and raise venture funds; two of which were acquired. TJ quickly identifies, prioritizes and drives technology, product and partnerships by starting with the customer and working backward, allowing him to align the right tactical and strategic initiatives. He is a "start-up athlete," which he credits to developing skills and habits through repetition playing Division I NCAA basketball and boot strapping and growing technology start-ups. He recently left Groupon, which acquired Swarm Mobile, where TJ served as the Vice President of Business Development. He is excited to return to Dallas to pursue his passion of being a technology leader in his favorite city.
